Return Policy

We’re sorry to hear your purchase didn’t work out, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. Please review our policy below, and submit your return request here. 


Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached


Return Process & Timeline

Once your return request is approved, we will issue a prepaid return label.

  • You must ship your return within 7–10 days of receiving the label.

  • Returns shipped after this timeframe may be refused or ineligible for store credit.

  • We recommend dropping your package off as soon as possible to avoid delays.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirmation.

  • If approved, a store credit will be issued via email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.


Final Sale Items

  • Sale, discounted, and seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want.

  • We’ll provide a free return label for the original item, and once it is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued.


Gifts

  • Gift recipients may exchange items for store credit within 6 months of the original purchase date.

  • Proof of purchase or a gift receipt is required, and all items must meet the same return guidelines.

  • A $4 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
