By attending events or shopping at our physical boutique, you agree to follow our posted policies and assume all risks associated with attendance. Tullia Sage is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property loss except as required by Texas law.

Product prices are subject to change without notice.

Products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns or exchanges are only accepted as outlined in our Return Policy.
We attempt to display product colors and images as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee exact matches to your device. We reserve the right to limit sales on a case-by-case basis, restrict quantities, discontinue products, or void offers where prohibited.

Sales Tax: Prices shown exclude applicable sales taxes. We collect and remit sales tax as required by Texas and other applicable jurisdictions.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days for store credit or exchange only. Sale items, gift cards, and certain personal items are final sale. Full details are outlined in our Return Policy.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and without warranties. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

We honor all opt-out requests as required by law, including the Texas SB 140 rules effective September 1, 2025.

PROMOTIONS, GIVEAWAYS & GIFT CARD OFFERS

From time to time, Tullia Sage may offer promotions, giveaways, sweepstakes, or gift card campaigns (collectively, “Promotions”). Participation in any Promotion is subject to these Terms as well as any additional terms disclosed at the time of the Promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Promotions are open to individuals who meet the stated requirements at the time of entry. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant at our discretion.
  • Limitations: Limit one entry, reward, or gift per person unless otherwise specified. Duplicate entries or attempts to circumvent limits may result in disqualification.
  • No Cash Value: Promotional gift cards, credits, or rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred unless explicitly permitted.

  • General Conditions: All decisions made by Tullia Sage regarding Promotions are final.

SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.
