A private birthday celebration in Old Town Lewisville designed for kids to play, grown-ups to gather, and families to actually enjoy the party.
Starting at $425 | 2 Hours | Up to 30 Guests
Party Time
Your celebration includes a minimum of 2 hours of private party time, with the option to add up to 3 additional hours for $100 per hour.
Every booking also includes 1 hour of setup time before your scheduled celebration and 30 minutes for cleanup afterward, at no additional charge.

Payment, Rescheduling & Policies
A 50% deposit is required to secure your celebration. The deposit is refundable if you cancel 31 or more days before the event, and non-refundable if you cancel 30 days or fewer before the event. Your deposit is calculated based on your selected party duration, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. If you cancel, any amount paid above the initial 50% deposit will be refunded. A cancellation received 31 or more days before the event qualifies for a refund of all booking payments; one received 30 days or fewer before the event qualifies for a refund of amounts paid above the deposit only.
Birthday parties may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.
By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the Tullia Sage Event Booking Agreement.

Custom styling, specialty decor, consumables, or upgraded installations may be available for an additional charge.
Party Times
Friday: 8 AM-9 PM
Saturday: 8 AM-9 PM
Sunday: 11 AM-5 PM
Host access begins 1 hour before your scheduled party time. Cleanup must be completed within 30 minutes after your party ends.
Food & Beverages
You are welcome to bring your own food, cake, snacks, and beverages. Alcohol may only be served with prior written approval from Tullia Sage, subject to applicable law and venue requirements.
Please note that refrigerator or food refrigeration, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, an outdoor sound system, and dedicated party-host staffing are not provided.
